Fun at Lybbert's Pond

Hello all,

I am continuing to play catch-up from this summer, so here is the next addition. After we got back from Utah, we decided it was high time we went to check out Lybbert's Pond, because EVERYONE in the ward said it was so great. I agree - you can't beat a free swimming pool, with a raft, a rope swing, and diving board! And a big THANK YOU goes out to the Mounts, for inviting us to go with them, so we'd finally get off our duffs and go!

Here is Doane, explaining to Kate, Patrick, and Jacob the joys of the water wienies....

Luke is watching Dean trying to blow bubbles with the water wienie.

Doane is showing the kids how you can float on the water wienies, while Alex, Austin and Bryce try to climb the rope swing.

Remember how I said that Alex, Austin and Bryce were trying to climb the rope swing? Well, they sort of made it....

Patrick is keeping an eye on Kate, while she pulls weeds off the side of the pond...

Apparently Doane thought he needed more than one water wienie, so he stole one, and triumphantly shows two of them off, before taking a plunge in the water....

Here Austin and Bryce drip-dry, while Alex takes a running leap off the diving board.....


Adrift on the raft, Doane finally sees land, and Patrick sees me....is it time to go home yet?
